​I have a vacant or soon to be vacant rental property, what are the next steps to convert it to a short-term rental?
We will first schedule a complimentary discovery call to see it has the potential to be a profitable short-term rental. If so, we will then prepare a full property analysis ($50), perform an inspection with a list of recommended repairs/updates, and a general quote for furnishings. If these items are agreed upon, we will complete a turn-key set up of the property and handle all co-hosting responsibilities including professional photos, listing set-up, guest correspondence, and cleaning/maintenance management.
My property is already running as a short-term rental, can you take over as a co-host?
We'd love to! We will need to do a walk-through inspection to ensure the property meets our brand standards. We will recommend any furnishing/decor updates, necessary repairs, deep cleaning, etc. and proceed from there.
Do you provide Interior Design services for residential or commercial spaces too?

My short-term rental is already running, will the reviews transfer over if I switch to a new co-host?
It depends. If the Airbnb was listed/built under your profile the reviews will stay if you add a new co-host. If your Airbnb listing was initially built under another co-hosts account, the reviews are not transferable.
What is your monthly management percentage fee?
Please schedule a discovery call as this number can vary based on a few factors such as the number of short-term rentals you have, property size and condition, etc.
Do you set up and co-host for mid-term rentals? What are the benefits?
Yes. Investing in mid-term rentals can be a wise choice to generate steady income and benefit from higher rental yield than long-term leases. We love the ability to switch back and forth from a short-term rental to mid-term rental to capitalize on seasonal demands.
